Value is not a valid color

ERROR

A GTFS Color field is not six hexadecimal digits (0-9, A-F), with no leading '#'. routes_supplement.txt's route_color and route_text_color inherit their type from GTFS routes.txt; a value here becomes the effective color in the TODS-Supplemented GTFS the same way a bad value in routes.txt itself would be invalid, even though this file is not GTFS and this validator does not otherwise re-check the base feed.
